Terms and Conditions for FAMILIA – PARISH NIGHT 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms:
By registering for and participating in FAMILIA – PARISH NIGHT 2025, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Registration:
a. Participants must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
b. St Joseph Syro-Malabar Catholic Church Montreal reserves the right to reject any registration for any reason.

3. Event Participation:
a. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the event.
b. St Joseph Syro-Malabar Catholic Church Montreal reserves the right to remove any participant from the event for violating these terms or engaging in disruptive behavior.

4. Intellectual Property:
a. All content and materials provided during the event, including but not limited to presentations, documents, and images, are the intellectual property of St Joseph Syro-Malabar Catholic Church Montreal.
b. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use such materials without explicit permission.

5. Photo and Video Consent:
a. Participants consent to the capture and use of their likeness in event photos and videos for promotional and informational purposes, including sharing on social media.
b. St Joseph Syro-Malabar Catholic Church Montreal will make reasonable efforts to respect participants’ privacy and sensitivities.

6. Cancellation and Refunds:
a. St Joseph Syro-Malabar Catholic Church Montreal reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event for any reason.
b. Refund policies, if applicable, will be clearly communicated during the registration process.

7. Liability:
a. Participants attend the event at their own risk.
b. St Joseph Syro-Malabar Catholic Church Montreal is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to participants or their property during the event.
